Hei Toki with Koru

Hei means “to be worn around the neck”.

Toki/Adze Represents power, wisdom, strength, control, determination, focus and was often displayed by people of authority (Māori elders)

The spirals in Koru symbolizes the new fern shoot, as it opens bringing new life and purity to the world. It also represents strength, spirituality along with a strong sense of re-growth and harmony.
