Shipping 

ARAMEX are tasked with collecting your orders and delivering them to you NZ Wide.

All items are shipped out within 24 hours of payment/order being made on Mon - Fridays each week.

Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on Mondays

You will receive a tracking number when your order has been sent out via email from there it is your responsibility to track your packages and make sure it gets to you. We take no responsibility for left, lost or stolen items once it has been delivered to address given

The following shipping rates apply;

• Shipping cost

  NZ wide $30 
  North island 1-3 working days after the due date you select 
  Rural, Northland & south Island 2-5 working days after the due date

  Pick Up- 14 Marton Place (message us first to book a time for pick ups)

All shipping costs include postage, packaging and will require a signature on delivery unless otherwise stated by yourself.

Our aim is dispatch orders aligned with the date requested in your order. Due to the nature of bespoke pieces, custom orders inevitably take longer and you'll need to refer to product information for specific details. We will email you should there be any signification delays with your order.

Lead-time

• NZ ORDERS
  • Standard (6-8 Weeks)
    
    • Our standard lead time is 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase and only once payment is received in full,
      
      Note If the completion date (Date reflected in your order) is beyond the 6-8 weeks lead time, your orders position is at our discretion as we require flexibility to accommodate "express" and "super" orders which have priority. Note that this does not impact the requested due date as this is our target date. Any queries, please connect with us here.
      

• • Standard, please allow shipping turn around after your selected due date 
    - note that the sending date you select for the taonga will be the date we send the taonga out of NZ on, YOU must allow extra time for couriers to deliver this after the selected date. If you need it sooner please choose an earlier date or pay an express fee to ensure we can get the taonga to you in time. Express  shipping from NZ is 6-8 working days

Selecting the right DUE DATE For you. 

When placing your order- you need to allow the shipping turn around after the due date you select. 

Though we try our best to meet your due date note that this is the date we will aim to send the product out on or by. NOT BEFORE 

IT is recommended to order ahead of time and allow for extra time for your order to arrival at less 1 week ahead of time if you can 

Shipping Time Frames

• NZ - Shipping within the north island is classed "overnight" however the noted timeframe for this options is 1-3 days. Note these are general timeframes and can change without notice.
• South island - 3-4 working days
