Hei Toki with Mangopare and koru design

Hei means “to be worn around the neck”.

Toki/Adze Represents power, wisdom, strength, control, determination, focus and was often displayed by people of authority (māori elders)

Mangōpare is the word for the Hammerhead shark in Māori which represents strength, leadership, agility, tenacity, unrelenting determination, courage and wealth.

The spirals in Koru symbolises the new fern shoot, as it opens bringing new life and purity to the world. It also represents strength, spirituality along with a strong sense of re-growth and harmony.
